New Mexico implemented the eScholar ECIDS solution to integrate data statewide and assign a unique identifier to all early childhood program participants. The solution has integrated data from three different state agencies across eight distinct source systems. This includes childcare, home visiting, and pre-kindergarten programs. With this solution, New Mexico can calculate unduplicated counts and measure outcomes.
