The eScholar Unique Identifier Solution is a robust, proven solution that assigns and manages unique identifiers while protecting privacy and security. The unique identifiers generated and managed by the Unique Identifier Solution enable education agencies and other associated agencies to tie data records together enabling reliable and insightful reporting and analysis.

ASSIGN NEW IDENTIFIERS

Secured by configurable system user roles, authorized users can create and assign truly unique identifiers manually, automatically, or through Web Services or SIF using the eScholar Uniq-ID solution’s proven seven-step identifier assignment process.

MATCH EXISTING IDENTIFIERS

eScholar Uniq-ID integrates hundreds of probabilistic matching algorithms as well as deterministic matching which are configured in response to the data being processed usually resulting in a near match rate of less than 2%. Only those few records need to be reviewed by a data administrator.

LINK PERSON RECORDS

The eScholar Uniq-ID Solution captures identifiers from source data, providing crosswalk capability to link data from a wide variety of data sources across location, time, and source. eScholar Uniq-ID is designed to address accessibility requirements (WCAG 2.0 A/AA and Section 508).

INTEGRATION
